These terms cover your use of internalconflictgame.com (the "Site"), operated by HappyDale ("we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to them. They cover this website only; the game will ship with its own terms and license.

1. What the Site is

The Site is a pre-release information and pre-registration page for the game Internal Conflict. Everything on it (dates, features, footage) is pre-release and may change or be removed without notice.

2. Pre-registration

Pre-registering adds your email to the beta and launch mailing list. It does not create an account, guarantee beta access, reserve a purchase, or form any contract for the game itself. You can ask to be removed at any time at admin@happydale.net.

3. Intellectual property

Internal Conflict, the Internal Conflict logo, and all Site content (text, graphics, video, audio, and design) are owned by HappyDale or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from Site content without written permission, except as allowed by law (such as fair use). Third-party marks, including Unreal Engine, belong to their owners; see Disclosures.

4. Acceptable use

Do not attack, probe, overload, or interfere with the Site; do not submit anyone else's email address; do not scrape the Site for bulk data collection.

5. Donations

The "Buy us a coffee" link goes to a third-party donation service with its own terms. Donations are voluntary, are not purchases or pre-orders, and confer no rights to the game.

6. No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Site.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Changes appear on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the Site means you accept the current terms.
